Parking Permits:

All vehicles must have a parking decal/permit to park. You must register your vehicle on-line via MyCollege. After registering your vehicle on-line, you must pick up the parking decal/permit at the Public Safety building +1 (607) 778-5083. Be prepared to present your current photo ID and DMV registration.

If a temporary parking permit is needed, these can be obtained at the Wales Center (WC) reception desk or Public Safety (PS) building. Be prepared to provide photo ID and license plate. A limit of 3 temporary permits are allowed per semester.

Visitor Parking:

Visitor parking is located in front of the Wales Center (WC). Visitors must obtain a temporary permit to park. Temporary permits can be obtained in the Wales Center (WC) or the Public Safety (PS) building. Please have photo ID and your license plate number. You will be directed where to park from here. No faculty, staff, or student may park in the visitor lot at any time.

Year-Round Student Parking

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

Faculty/Staff Parking

Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 18

Lot 17, at all times, year round.

After Hours Parking

Beginning at 5:00 pm, with the exception of Lot 17 and the Visitor’s Lot, students (with campus permit) may park in all other staff lots.

Student Village Resident Parking

Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Resident students can park in student lots 1 – 8.

After 5:00 pm, resident students can park in Faculty and Staff lots 12-18 with the exception of lots 17 & Visitors. Do not park in these 24/7.

Overnight parking is from 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. You must park in lot 6.  Failure to park in this lot will result in tickets.

Resident guests: Resident guests must obtain a guest parking pass from the security desk. Photo ID, license plate state and number must be provided. A temporary parking pass will be issued and must be displayed on the rear view mirror. Resident guest parking is in lot 6.  Failure to follow these steps will result in tickets.


Note: Those with DMV issued handicapped parking tags (with campus permit) may park in designated handicapped spaces in any parking lot on campus.
